I remember this happening to me once or twice before, and it has happened to some other people as well I believe. I'm stuck in local chat for some reason. Never did /local or other commands. I don't have permission to join /Galactic g or do any other commands. I can't even check my /points. If someone could give me the solution to this I would greatly appreciate it.
