The mistwood survey mission comes to a close, It is no longer in range of Cid's scouting vessel. The planet was not long term stable thanks to an orbital and solar instability which causes it to semi regularly become completely irradiated, killing all but a few resilient trees and evaporating most of its water for weeks at a time. A long term colony accessible by interstellar shuttles has been deemed unsustainable and not cost effective.
