Problems with Grinders

For some reason the mobs in my grinder are acting weird and instead of swimming up the water elevator they just sit there and die, they also don't attack me either (this is weird). Is this happening to anyone else? My elevator is fine but the AI must be messed up or something.

its probably the spawner AI nerf
its part of the server optimizations, i can't tweak the way it works, its all or nothing.. and i really like the change because it DRASTICALLY reduces the processor usage of people using spawners
i think what you will need to do is just redesign your grinder, instead of an elevator and a drop just guide them into a chute and use a crusher circuit to lower their health instead
You can pretty much make a crusher with 6 comparators 1 sticky piston now so its pretty cheap and doesn't take much space
with even just a few of you using the grinders at once it kills all the cpu usage and starts using my mob removing code so its not like you would be able to grind many anyway
