how much interest is there in having access to chat with the server from irc?

irc chatters won't show up on the tab list though

also names are not restricted so it could confuse people.. maybe i'll figure out how to append a tag onto the name for irc users or something.. (not sure i can)

let me know if your support or oppose the idea
