I really like this server. The community is nice, there is no mod cheating, and it's overall well run. After a month of playing tekkit, I have trouble going back to vanilla minecraft. There is a ton more stuff to do for a non-builder like myself.
If there was an voluntaryist tekkit server, I would definitively play on it. Just throwing that out there
