last night the connection abruptly went to shit, apparently the modem had just died suffered a major brain hemorrhage. i got a new one and now bandwidths are back at 100%
i had to update my DNS settings though which may take upto a day or two to percolate through the internet.. (more likely 2-4 hours)
if you can see this page, but can't connect to the game, make sure the address for the server is intangir.org, not an IP address
