ok i don't know this guy is a challenging one..

he doesn't make any sense, seems to have no consideration, and didn't actually seem to cooperate with fixing any of the things he messed up, they were done by others

i think he is hacking, and i think he is likely to continue griefing if set free

has he actually played legit at all or just run around griefing?

i think we should keep him pearled..

also i totally disregard claims that someone else is using an account, who cares, first we can't verify it, 2nd, it makes no practical difference, we can't trust the person's avatar anyway
