Mojang is going to allow name changes next month

apparently they are even making it free, which is nice..

problem is many of the mods we use do not support name changes yet, and some probably never will.. certainly not by early next month

the effected features are the voting counts, citadel protections, and prison pearls, and probably others

if you change your name you won't be able to access your protections and chests!

i'll see if i can fix at least prison pearl before the change goes in since otherwise they could get out by changing their name.. but citadel is going to be much more difficult to fix, it is a very old and complicated mod at this point..

i might be able to hack in a feature to manually update someones name if they tell me
