The Sky Island Temple and my tree house are not for sale, however the MOB farm, 3 storey building, and extensive mine are all available for sale as a single property...
The Building for sale has a rooftop garden, is surrounded by gardens, and has the beginnings of a minecart tunnel nearby (an enderman tore the door off yesterday but that's not that big of a deal surrounded by a temperate rainforest). Glass Windows, Workshops downstairs, cobblestone maker attached, just bring up some lava from under the bridge in the mine and put it into the right-hand hatch on the 3rd floor balcony. The second floor will be more well lit thereafter because of the lava flowing through the glass wall.
