Title: Possible bug: "No nameable fields" found when trying to name Snitch Post by: The_Shanghai_Kid on January 10, 2014, 11:45:43 pm While standing inside a snitch block's zone, I used the following slash command, per this site's instructions:
/snitch setname <whatever> And received the error message: "No nameable fields found." Tonight I saw Sav instruct someone to use /ps setname instead. I would have tried it, but I was seconds from logging out. In any case, I receive an error message when I do it the way the site suggests. both commands are just shortcuts for /ps so the /ps setname command might have been deciding you were in a bumper field and trying to rename that, but those aren't renamable try to make sure your only in a snitch field or closer to the snitch block rather than a bumper block? it is sort of a bug but i can't really fix it Title: Re: Possible bug: "No nameable fields" found when trying to name Snitch Post by: The_Shanghai_Kid on January 11, 2014, 03:40:15 pm Thanks for the quick reply, Int.
The issue is now resolved. There may have been an issue with overlapping fields. Whatever it was, it was resolved by pointing the mouse directly at the intended target block. When I named my first block, it was my only one and so it had no such conflicts to resolve. So perhaps targeting the intended block tells the mod which block to rename.
