I think i will open a new world for 1.7 with its new biomes
1.7 also has alot of new plants and rocks and sands, and tinted glass

it actually seems like some nice varieties
im also going to bring back a standard nether and standard 'the end'

I think i will change the server name and make the server more appealing to non voluntaryists also to hopefully get more people and activity on the server

I support this idea. We really need more people, and I'll definitely start playing a lot more if we get a new map and/or more people.

i was going to leave the existing world up but it is a complete ghost town lately

guess i should at least update to the fake 1.7.2 protocol for now... it is apparently going to take bukkit a while to update

i found several fantastic map candidates which have all the new biomes

the only one i don't like are the mesa biomes, they are ugly..

             I totally agree with leaving the current world behind, a complete fresh start will be cool.

Commander!  Hey how have you been I miss everyone!  Just me The_shanghi_kid and locke_c playing these days then what did my eyes see?  Lupecake! 

I played on a 1.7.2 server for a little while, of course they have no protection the guy had to white list it because of all the griefing and then he still got griefed.  I can't wait for our map, I have ran all over this guys place and all i see are the new orange trees and and the flowers none of the cool snow biome stuff Intangir's will be awesome, he has been hand picking thru the biomes to find a perfect new world.

Then hopefully we can get some more players back on here more frequent.

Not bad just working irl on a house.  Had this crazy contractor freak out today.  he was suppposed to install garage doors and a garage door opener, he brings no openers, and does not have all the pieces to install the doors, says he is 80% completed, in his mind and wanted more than the agreed upon garage doors, I said no our agreement was payment when completed he freaked out.  REALLY, called us names and said we could call OBAMA and complain, when I told him I might have to call the police.  ahahah Call Obama wtf is that?  ahahah craziness.  Hope your day was better Arc

Well looks like there are issues with 1.7, and bukkit still has no update.  Personally it over heats my laptop when I try to play on just a plan 1.7, so not sure what is up with that.

so i tried upgrading to the new 1.6.4 servers that fake a 1.7.2 protocol but it didn't work out very well, many of the addons worked fine, but certain ones check for version strings, other check for object names (the object names worked with 1.6.4 versions) but too many important mods just wouldn't work so i rolled back to 1.6.2

Btw bukkit builds are starting to become more stable, some of the mods are starting to update  finally

I am finally able to continue setting up more of the worlds/mods again

its going smoothly so far

When you open the new 1.7 world, let me know  8-) and I will come and play with all the old members again  :-D

It is going to be so cool!  I have seen bits of it, and I like it.

The ice trees, packed ice biome is pretty cool

I know I miss everyone, you, commander, my buddy bentlg123, the new map is sweet, i have been peeking over intangir's. shoulder hope he will let us romp around during christmas holiday on there, or a present in itself, bring it online, but that depends on these darn plug ins!  Thanks MOJANg for Janging everyone on this version
