Thanks to the stupid new change with minecarts. Do not jump out of a minecart if you are behind a horse, as the empty minecart will grab the horse and take off with it. This would not be too bad except our ceilings are not tall enough in the mines, and it will result in the horses death. Poor Phantom met her end today via minecart. I totally blame Mojang!!! I hate that I have to jump out of my mine cart then run after it to break it. Stupidest change ever! So becareful folks.
