Standard Fees: Obsidian provided by me: 5 Diamonds Obsidian provided by you: 2 Diamonds If you have a home that's pretty far away and isn't an easy travel, I may charge an extra diamond or two. Negotiations will be done before any purchase, but those are the prices you will usually expect. I can also make roads for people, mainly connecting to the nether highway. The price for that will be negotiated in-game, depending on how far away your portal is, and it usually won't cost more than 3 or 4 diamonds. For animal farms, basically I'll herd animals to your area. Price is dependent upon distance, and will be discussed in-game. |
